Here are the upcoming Summer Fun events: Tuesday June 4th at 7:00 PM — Patterson Garden arboretum Location: 109 Research Dr Contact: Bruce Guenter Patterson garden contains one of the most diverse collections of trees, shrubs, and vines in the Prairie Provinces, approximately 800 in all. It is frequently used for portrait photo sessions. http://patterson-arboretum.usask.ca/ Saturday June 15th at 8:30 AM — Pink Cadillacs model shoot Location: 2950 McClocklin Rd Contact: Cathy Baerg http://pinkcadillacsdiner.com/ Camera Club members will have the opportunity to photograph inside Pink Cadillacs Restaurant on Saturday, June 15th.  Pink Cadillacs is a trendy diner with a ‘50s vibe. We will have access to the restaurant before it opens from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. There is lots of ‘50s memorabilia and décor to photograph. The waitresses are also willing to be part of any photograph you may take.  In addition, Ken Greenhorn has put out a call for models. There is no cost for the outing but sharing some photos with the models we get, and the restaurant owner is appreciated. Some of us plan to stay for breakfast after the shoot. Hope you can join us! Tuesday July 9th at 7:00 PM — Boffins public garden Location: 109 Research Dr Contact: Rhea Preete The gardens are beautiful as well as the fruit tree lane. Sign up either as a team or individually and we will arrange teams for you. Friday August 23rd/Saturday August 24th — Outlook CCA Riverbank Rodeo Location: South of LCBI High School Contact: Howard Ruston The Canadian Cowboys Association rodeo will be in Outlook for its second year, and they are rolling out the welcome mat for us. They are planning to set up a photo booth for us to display and sell our photos. The CAPA Judging Course is on Saturday, September 21st, 2019 in Swift Current and hosted by Image West photographic Association.

  The latest edition of the PRPA Prairie Focus for Spring 2019 is now available.

Rhea Preete will have the tickets at the SCC meetings on Tuesdays until May 21st. They are $25.00 each and spouse/partners are welcome.

Adele Wagner has 3 presentations coming up at the local libraries about her visit to Ukraine.

The Karpans will be presenting on March 19th. They will feature photos from their latest book “Saskachewan’s Best Scenic Drives”.
