Meet at the Corner of Spadina and 33rd Street West at 8am The Exhibition Kick Off parade starts at 10:00 on Wednesday July 29th. But, before the parade, there’s the work and excitement of getting everything and everyone ready! Horses! Cowboys! Costumes! Floats! Clowns and Cars! Starting at 5:30, the City of Saskatoon closes off Spadina between 24th Street and 33rd Street. Community groups, equestrian units and floats start assembling as early as 6!
