A product of two worlds, England and Canada, Sebastian`s photographs combine the magical, lucid dream-like quality of British fantasy and the more austere but grand vistas of the Canadian Prairies. Exploring these boundaries between fantasy and reality, Sebastian`s photographs range from the visually dense magic of river and streets to the stark winter beauty of Saskatoon as “fortress of solitude.” The photographs are truly unique. Frances Morrison Library 311 – 23rd Street East August 31st to September 22nd Reception: Thursday, September 1st, at 7 p.m.
