The Scott Kelby Worldwide Photo Walk will be on October 5th. It’s a social photography event where photographers get together to walk around, shoot photos, and generally have fun with other photographers. Scott Prokop will be leading the Saskatoon portion of the Worldwide Photo Walk. This walk will be through Broadway Avenue to capture the architecture and scenery of the area. We will be having our annual display at the Circle Centre Mall from October 21 – November 24, 2013. We will require volunteers on October 20th, 10am-noon, to set up the display. We will be having portfolio reviews at the meeting on Tuesday, September 17th. Our own senior members will critique the portfolios of the other members. You will have 10 minutes with your photographic adviser. Please bring 10-15 images to show. If you are bringing prints please make them no smaller than 5×7 and no larger than 11×14. If bringing digital images, you must bring your own computer or tablet charged and ready to go. We will be taking a road trip to North Battleford to check out the Western Development Museum and other local sites. The route home will take us through Hafford and Blaine Lake to visit the Crooked Bush and Saskatchewan’s largest tree.
